Describe the incident:

Si John Paul Tahoy, usa ka estudyante sa Grade 8, gihulga ni Jason Gumilid ug

Renz Manago atol sa klase niadtong Oktubre 6, 2022, Huwebes kapin kon kulang
sa may alas-2:45-2:50 ang oras. Gitawag sa maong mga bully ang biktima aron
mogawas sa classroom ug gihagit sa pakigsinumbagay. Mibalibad ang biktima
maong nisulod si Jason Gumilid sa classroom aron hadlokon ang biktima pinaagi
sa paghunat og sumbag. Matod sa mga classmate sa biktima, sa mubong higayon
lang sila nipundo sa classroom ug nanlakaw nakay padulong na mosulod si Mrs.
Ronalyn Panuncialman. Ni sumbong ang mga classmate sa biktima mahitungod sa
panghitabo.
Base sa interview sa maong biktima, ang maong pangbully nag-ugat sa samok nga
nahitabo niadtong Setyembre 21, 2022, sa panahon sa recess. Matod pa ni John
Paul, nasuko ang maong bully nga si Renz Manago sa iyang pagbadlong sa
pagsumbagay tali ni Jeno Simbajon, usa ka magtutuon sa grade 7, ug ni Rogen
Madula, usa ka magtutuon sa grade 6. Matod pa ni John Paul, gibalikan sya ni
Renz sa parihong adlaw sa away ni Jeno ug ni Rogen og gihagit nga
makigsumbagay sa panahon sa ting-uli. Kini nga pagpanghagit nausban sa
ikaduhang higayon sa wala pa mahitabo ang pagpang bully niadtong Octobre 6,
2022 sa mismong tulunghaan sa biktima.
Actions Taken:

Issuance of Warning Letter to persons involve.

Referral for additional support services: Amicable settlement with the Barangay
Council.

John Paul Tahoy, an eighth-grade student, was threatened by Jason Gumilid and
Renz Manago during class on October 6, 2020, Thursday between 2:45-2:50 PM.
The said bullies called the victim to go outside the classroom. The victim refused,
so Jason Gumilid let himself get inside the classroom to intimidate the victim.
