Online Health Facility
Statistical Report System (OHFSRS)
Objectives:
To familiarize the Medical Records Officers (MROs)
HOSPITAL STATISTICS
on the preparation and utilization of data submitted
in the Online Health Facility Statistical Report
System (OHFSRS).
To orient MROs on the system operations of the

OHFSRS as part of the minimum requirements prior
to issuance of License to Operate (LTO) of health
facilities (Hospitals & Primary Care Facility -
Infirmaries).
