1. Introduction

Hotel industry is facing increasingly fierce competitive environment, on

one hand traditional hotel industry get difficult to rid of prices low, , low occupancy
rate and low profit "three low" strange circle; In hotel management study in the
service information ,query of room information and booking and function
management for effective integration business process of hotel management , In
order to make the hotel management work systematic, standardization an achieve
the aim of improving the efficiency of hotel guest. This paper designs. The hotel
management system, over all mission of system development is to make the office
staff. Can quickly and easily complete the hotel management task from the angle of
actual. Application to system illustrate the basic situation; And then introduced the
system analysis.
Modeling is focusing on the functional requirements of the hotel
management system was analyze, at the same time on the system design goal, the
system use case diagram and so on several aspects. Hotel management system is
mainly introduced the three layers of frame structure, and the database design, etc.
Application of this system can be flexibly and conveniently on the computer. Hotel
management, thus greatly improves the processing speed, make the management
more modern.

3. Proposed Work:

This system consists of four main interconnected components such as

Website, Admin frontend, system back-end and the database server. Here, both
customers and administrators must work on same platform. First users need to sign
up or sign-in to the system with valid information which will directly store in the
Mongo DB. Then users can follow user-flow as follows according to their opinion.
4.1 Problem Statement:

The project “Hotel Management System” is used for maintaining the

information for each and every customer, employee, driver and product. Each and
every customer has owned personal details and the products are transferred through
the driver. Before providing the product to customer, the administrator gathering
necessary information about the product meanwhile the invoice is also raised for the
customer product

4.2 Objective:

• To analyse the investment trends and hospitality development patterns of

international hospitality firms.
• To identify emerging overseas markets for tourism and hospitality
development.
• To understand the socio-economic impact of developing tourism industry in
developing countries.
• To understand the management functions of tourism and hospitality industry
including human resource management, financial management, marketing
and technology applications.
• To Identify potential career opportunities of our students through internship
programs and on education training
