We propose developing a responsive website for your business, which will consist of four essential pages: Home,
Service/Product, About Us, and Contact Us. The website will be designed and developed to be user-friendly, visually
appealing, and optimized for all devices, ensuring an optimal browsing experience for your visitors.

Website Features and Functionality:

1. Home Page: This will be the main landing page of your website, showcasing your business highlights, key offerings, and
engaging visuals to captivate visitors' attention and encourage further exploration.

2. Service/Product Page: This page will provide comprehensive information about your services or products. We will
implement a user-friendly interface that allows the owner (you) to easily add, edit, and manage services/products as
needed. This will enable you to keep your website up to date with your latest offerings.

3. About Us Page: This page will introduce your business, its history, mission, values, and team members. We will
incorporate compelling content and visually appealing elements to establish trust and build a connection with your
audience.

4. Contact Us Page: The Contact Us page will include a contact form that visitors can use to send inquiries directly to you.
Additionally, we will integrate an email notification system, ensuring that you receive prompt email notifications for all
inquiries submitted through the form.

Please note that you will be responsible for providing the content and pictures for the website.

Cost and Payment Terms:

The cost for developing your customized responsive website, as per the provided specifications, is 30,000 Pakistani
Rupees (PKR). This includes website design, development, and integration of functionality, testing, and deployment.

Payment Terms:

1. 50% of the total project cost (15,000 PKR) is due upon signing this proposal as an advance payment.

2. The remaining 50% (15,000 PKR) is due upon completion and approval of the website before its final deployment.

Please note that the cost mentioned above only covers website development, and any expenses related to domain
registration, hosting, or ongoing maintenance will be the client's responsibility.

Project Timeline:

We estimate that the development process will take approximately two week. This timeline includes the initial design
concepts, development, revisions based on your feedback, and finalizing the website for launch. Please note that the final
development timeline may depend on the timely provision of content and pictures by you.
