Terms & Conditions

1. This package is valid for new clients only and not applicable for other prepaid packages, promotions or discount offered.
2. This package can only be utilized for Will drafted by Rockwills.
3. If none of the features are utilized, this package is transferrable with Administrative Charge RM 30.
4. It is compulsory to appoint RWT either as sole Executor or substitute Executor.
5. You are entitled to RM 25,000 Rockwills Accidental Death Benefit up to the age of 75 when you keep your Will at Rockwills Custody Centre.
6. 10% discount on Will-Writing, UProtect and UDeclare is only valid until 30th April 2021.
7. 10% discount on UPrepare is only valid up to 90 days from the date of Will or until 30th April 2021, whichever is earlier.
8. RM 200 cash voucher for Nirvana and RM100 cash voucher for Xiao En / Semenyih bereavement care services are only valid until 30th April 2021.
9. Rockwills reserves the right to vary the terms and conditions herein at anytime deemed necessary.
