Subject: - Furniture Repair in the offices of Technical Cell Department, Bokaro Steel Plant.

Repair of few furniture items like Chair, Table, Linen change etc is required in the
different office (Plant Design, Design Bureau) of Technical Cell Department. The
furniture’s are very old and damaged and requires repair work to make these ready to use.

L&A department has a rate contract for furniture repair work.

Kind Approval of CGM/ Technical Cell is requested to carry out the Furniture Repair job
through rate contract invoking clause no. 4 under MISCELLANEOUS &
CONTINGENCIES head of Sub delegation of Powers to Sub ordinate officers of
Executive Director (Works).
