Prospero introduces to clients the "Prospero Kickoff Bonus" program, rewarding new
clients with a US$50 credit upon opening one Real account, allowing new clients to test the

Eligibility for the Reward

The program is available to all first-time clients opening an account with Prospero between
10th July and 31st July 2023. New joiners can submit application for this bonus and recieve
the US$50 credit, provided the account remains active for a 30-day period.

How to Receive the Prospero Kickoff Cash | US$50 Bonus

Kindly adhere to the following procedural steps to claim the reward:

1. Initiate the process by establishing a real account at Prospero Global between 10th
July and 31st July 2023.

2. Utilize the details sent to your registered email to log into client portal and complete
KYC of your trading account.

3. As part of our client verification process, we may require the provision of the following
identification documents:

◦ Upon successful submission of the requisite documents, await system
verification.

4. Once you have recieved you account details, you can raise an application for the

Your Account operation*:

 Leverage: Prospero extends a maximum leverage of 1:400 for an account to join this
promotion.

 Stop-out: 50%

 Profit withdrawal conditions: To initiate a withdrawal of the profits generated through

the credit, a minimum of 5 standard lots of trades must be executed. We would like to
inform you that hedged trades (those involving reverse orders) will not be included in
the lot count and are strictly forbidden.

Withdrawal Procedures*:

 For the withdrawal of profits generated from the $50 credit, it is mandatory that the
personal bank account used matches the name on the registered account
documents.
 If no deposit is made within 30 days of recieving the bonus credit, the maximum
balance withdrawable from any participating account is $150 USD. All remaining
account balance in the participating account will be zeroed upon withdrawal.
 The Minimum withdrawalable balance for participating accounts is $30USD.
 We may request your Bank Statement shown transactions and bank account details
as extra verification document.
 Upon withdrawal, fund will be directly transferred to personal bank accounts provided
by clients.
 Kickoff bonus credit will be cleared from trading account if any withdrawal or internal
transfers between trading accounts been made.

Appropriate Terms of Use

In instances where Prospero identifies suspicious activities potentially indicative of an

abusive utilization or deliberate manipulation of this promotional program, or any unlawful
actions towards us, Prospero reserves an absolute right to investigate, decline, suspend, or
reclaim any trading bonus or award from the user account that is in violation.

In circumstances deemed severe, Prospero may temporarily or permanently revoke any

terms and conditions applicable to that particular user, in addition to limiting their privilege to
access the services, and/or permanently discontinuing their trading account.

Any indication or suspicion, in the company’s reasonable discretion, of any form of arbitrage
(including but not limited to risk free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s
trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from
the trading bonus without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking
market risk), fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a trading bonus or any
other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previously credited trading bonus
of the eligible client’s real trading accounts with Prospero and/or any and all transaction
carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, Prospero reserves
the right, at its reasonable discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all
such eligible client’s real trading account(s) with Prospero global, cancel all orders and annul
all profits of such participant. In these circumstances, Prospero global shall not be liable for
any consequences of the trading bonus cancelation, including but not limited to, order(s)
closure by stop out.

Furthermore, should Prospero suspect a client is contravening the equitable stipulations of

the trading award by initiating internal contra orders (utilizing other trading accounts held at
Prospero) or external contra orders (employing trading accounts held with other brokers),
Prospero maintains the right to instantly rescind the trading bonus attributed to the trading
accounts of that client or from the contra order account that has realized a profit, without
necessitating the client's consent. Prospero retains the authority to revise the Terms and
Conditions of the reward at any moment by informing customers about the modifications and
publishing the adjustments on this or a related webpage.

Any disputes or misunderstandings that emerge from these Terms and Conditions will be
judiciously resolved by Prospero's Management Board in a manner that upholds fairness for
all parties involved. Once a resolution has been reached, it will serve as the final and/or
binding decision for all relevant parties.
