Q - how many certifications can we apply for?

A - You can apply for many/different certifications but only 1 category at a

certain period. Certifications exam for all categories will be scheduled at the
same time, so you won't be able to take 2 different exams simultaneously.

Q - How can I participate in a certification of one in which I have never done a

sample or project but I think I may be able to participate and show that I know
what I know? Example: illustration but I had no assigned projects. How can I
participate since they ask for examples of projects carried out?
A - the samples are only for 'checking' purposes. If you have made some outside
Penji, you can upload it in that field

Q - TL SL and PM can be certified?

A - Yes, everyone with design skills can apply

Q - If I'm still in the 90 days trial can I apply for a certification or I need to
wait?
A - There may be an eligibility period based on the date hired. But we'll see. You
can still register, and if you are eligible, HR will contact you

Q - So if we want to be certified in 2 categories, we would have to apply to one

right now and the next one when can we apply? Next year? Where would be the next
"period"?
A - Looks like that will be the case. The Certifications 'period' is supposed to be
every quarter, that's why it is initially possible to have multiple certifications
in a year. But facilitating and preparing for certifications is hard to manage for
us, that's why we are making it every year instead of every quarter.
So, we cannot have multiple certifications as it stands

Q - what software are you guys considering for the 3D animation certification?
A - right now, we still haven't determined the specifics for each category. We will
yet find out after the registration, and we'll release an announcement once it's
finalized.

Q - If two designers compete in the same category and are equally good, can they
both have the same score? example 3 stars?
A - yes.. You will not be competing against other designers. If every qualified
member did well and passed the exam, then all of you will be certified
