At NLIU Bhopal following vacancies have arisen in the MCLIS course after admitting the
candidates as on 26-07-2023:

1. A spot counselling is scheduled to be held on 31-07-2023 to fill the vacancy available as above or
that may arise as on 31-07-2023.

2. Category wise vacant number of seats may change and the same will be announced before the
scheduled spot counselling.

3. During spot round of counselling to be held at NLIU Bhopal, if there are no candidates in the
respective reserve category available, those seats will be converted as per the policy of the
University.

4. Eligibility for appearing in Spot Round Counselling: Candidates appeared in the All India
MCLIS Test-2023.

5. A candidate desirous of participating in the Spot Counseling has to report between 12:00 NOON to
01:00 PM on 31-07-2023 for registration and document verification.

6. The offer of admission is provisional and is subject to the available vacancy. This offer and does not
create any right to admission in favour of the candidate. NLIU, Bhopal shall not be responsible for
any expenditure made by the candidate in this regard.

7. A merit list shall be prepared strictly in accordance with AIMCLIS – 2023 Rank and only those
candidates shall be considered for the preparation of merit list, who report for the spot counselling
within prescribed time period. No request shall be considered for the extension of time.

8. Candidates desirous of participation in spot counselling shall report in person to the Convention
Centre of the University between 12:00 NOON to 01:00 PM on 31-07-2023 along with the following
original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies:

a. Marksheet of 10th Examination and Passing Certificate.

b. Marksheet of 12th Examination or it’s equivalent and Passing Certificate.
c. Marksheet of Graduation and Degree Certificate.
d. Transfer Certificate.
e. Migration Certificate.
f. Character Certificate.
g. Affidavit Intervening Period in original, if there is a gap of one or more year between the
qualifying examination and the year 2023.
h. AIMCLIS- 2023 Admit Card.
i. AIMCLIS- 2023 Score Card showing All India Rank.
