I am glad to recommend Mr. Goutham A who is desirous in seeking admission for graduate
studies at your eminent university. My interaction with him during the academic year 2015 to 2017 has
given me immense scope to judge his personality and scholastic capabilities. I have also taught him
Aerodynamics-1 and Aerodynamics laboratory in 5th semester, Foundry and Forging Laboratory in 4th
semester and computational Fluid dynamics in 7th semester. Over a period of time his academic
performance and potential growth was phenomenal.

While associated with him, I noticed that he is highly motivated and always performed to his
capabilities. During the lectures, he has shown passionate involvement and his questions were very
insightful, which was indicative of an incisive mind that was eager to learn and quick to comprehend.
He is equipped with right level of self-confidence and maturity.

He has consistent academic performance in both theory and practical studies. He is experimental
and tried with various approaches in laboratory before arriving at optimal solution. He was very keen
on expanding his technical knowledge database and has undergone in-plant training at Hindustan
Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Bengaluru. As a part of training, he has worked as a trainee, in the Aircraft
division. Here, he learnt machining processes involved in producing different aircraft components
primarily using CNC machines. He also observed different electroplating techniques, non-destructive
testing techniques and the assembly of Airbus A320 forward passenger door.

He has an excellent ken of analytical, logical and interpersonal Skills. He is optimistic,

communicates effectively and possesses strong work ethic. He is a logical creative thinker who tries to
impart his thoughtful opinions in the subject as well as outside them. In addition to this, he has always
demonstrated a high energy level, combined with the willingness to accept responsibility. His
helpfulness, proactive character and extrovert nature made him well liked with all faculty and students.

Considering Goutham’s perpetual quest for knowledge and excellence, I strongly recommend
him for Master’s program in your esteemed university. With his determination, I am confident that he
