Reservations
Reservations should be made in writing or e-mailed as early as possible

Conformations
Conformations will be made within 24c hours upon reservation subject to availability

Deposit and Payment

Upon Conformation, a deposit equipment to 40% would be required guarantee and balance of
the amount shall be paid in full one week prior to the group arrivals. Please ensure that no deduction
of payment is made through our bank.

Amendment
Amendment of reservations will be allowed subject to additional administrative charges.

Cancellation
Cancellation should be made at least (2) weeks prior to the arrival. Any cancellation made
within (2) weeks from the arrival date shall bear the following charges.
Cancellation within 10-14 days - 10% cancellation charge
Cancellation within 7-9 days - 20% cancellation charge
Cancellation within 4-6 days - 50% cancellation charge
Cancellation within 2-3 days - 75% cancellation charge
Cancellation within a day - 100% cancellation charge
