INTRODUCTION

The COVID-19 pandemic impacted employees’ work arrangements Globally, countries implemented
strong social distancing measures. As more and more companies move towards hybrid work models,
which combine remote and in-person work, the use of AI is becoming increasingly important for
managing workflow and maintaining smooth work activity, supporting collaboration, analysing data,
improving work-life balance. In this paper, we explore the ways in which AI is being used to create
and support hybrid work cultures. Specifically, we aim to answer the question: How can AI be
leveraged to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of hybrid work arrangements? To address this
question, we will examine the latest research on AI and its applications in the workplace, as well as
case studies of companies that have successfully implemented AI-based solutions for hybrid work. By
the end of this paper, readers will gain a deeper understanding of the potential benefits of AI for
hybrid work cultures and the challenges that must be overcome to achieve success in this area.
