Hospitality Greetings!

This is CARLO S. DEGALA, a contractual instructor in your prestigious institution for the
Academic Year 2022-2023 in the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM)
Department. In lieu of this, I am writing this letter to signify my intent to renew my
application for the Academic Year 2023-2024.

I have taught core subjects in the past months of teaching in the same institution. Aside from
teaching responsibilities, I have also conducted several activities and duties assigned by my
immediate supervisor. I have also been a trainer/ coach in different literary, musical, and
sports competitions. I am currently earning my degree in Master of Business Administration in
Hospitality Management (MBA-HM) at Filamer Christian University to further improve my
knowledge and professional growth.

If reaccepted, please rest assured that I intend to maintain the academic standards and other
course requirements set under the program, fulfill the required service obligation, and submit
the necessary requirements.
