NOTICE is hereby given that the 15 th Annual General Meeting of the members of ETL POWER
SERVICES LIMITED will be held on Monday 29 th day of November 2021 at 3.30 PM at “Chennai
One”, Pallavaram - Thoraipakkam 200 Feet Road, Thoraipakkam, Chennai – 600 097 to transact the
following Business:

ORDINARY BUSINESS:

1. To receive, consider and adopt the financial statements of the Company for the year
ended 31.03.2021 along with the Auditor's Report and the Directors’ Report thereon.

NOTES:
1. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and
vote instead of himself / herself and such a proxy need not to be a member of the Company. Proxy
forms complete in all respects must reach the Registered Office of the Company at least 48 hours
before the commencement of the Meeting.
2. The Members are requested to notify immediately any change in their address to the Company
3. Register of Directors and Key Managerial Personnel and their shareholding maintained under
Section 170 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Register of contracts or arrangements in which
Directors are interested maintained under Section 189 of the companies Act, 2013 will be available
for inspection by the members at the Annual General Meeting.
4. Register of members and books will be closed from 27th Novembert 2021 to 29th Novembert 2021
5. No gifts, gift coupons, or cash in lieu of gifts shall be distributed to members at or in connection
with the meeting.
