• Up to 2 children (under 10 years) can be accommodated with parent's room without extra beds.
• In case of extra bed requirement, price of children and infant (under 2 years) will be same as Adult.
• KSA Hotels Standard check in time is 16 hrs and check out time is 13 hrs.
• No refund for partially unused portion of the package OR Transport.
• No porter service is available in KSA.
• Airport clearance of Luggage / Baggage by United Agent Office ( KSA Govt.) at owner's risk.
• In case of NO SHOW Bank and Agent will not responsible of any Airline refund.
• If customer refuses to travel Visa Charges would be payable by the customer.
• Agent/ Bank shall not be responsible for Rejection / Delay in Umrah Visa.
• Cancellation / Refund of Hotel will be as per Hotel policy.
• In case of illegal overstay, SR 20,000 per person will be charged from family or reference person.
• Riyal Exchange rate beyond Rs. 76/- will be applicable.
• Complaint, if any, should be reported within 15 days of return from KSA on 111-331-331 or 111-331-332
