Dear Business Partner,

We would like to share with you our Food Safety and Quality Assurance internship program aimed
at junior or senior students studying food and beverage related degrees. The aim is to spread
food safety culture into the young generation through working as a key person in the food
industry/ quality assurance fields.
To be an intern at Classic Fine Foods Vietnam, the participant would practice as a professional
Quality executive and grow skills in general food management.
The successful participant would join a great environment with nice & kind colleagues from
around the world, bringing them new insights for their future career.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Support in daily operational tasks of the QA Department.

- Support in translation for QA related documents, preparing QA-related reports, analyze data as
needed.

- Conduct warehouse & GMP checks.

- HACCP analysis & verification.

- Documents & records control.

- Review and maintain the quality system follows ISO 22000:2018 & HACCP .

- Tracing & tracking on Foods Safety cases and product quality management.

- Other tasks to be assigned depending on potential and interest.

REQUIREMENTS
• Working location: Tan Thuan EPZ, District 7

• Newly post-graduate/Junior/Senior student from Food Tech, Biotechnology, Biology,

Chemistry, Quality Assurance…

• A team player and quick learner, with the desire to work on multiple tasks.

• Self-motivation to work independently with strong attention to detail.

• Strong interpersonal skills, handle confidential information with discretion and maturity.

• Basic skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

• Salary: Negotiable.

DURATION
• The indicative timing of the program is subject to your learning outcomes on Food safety
certificate and Quality system. The program would take duration from 3 – 6 months. (5
days per week)
