"Learned Advocate General on instruction from the State

Government submits before this court that the State Government will
complete the exercise by redoing the process of delimitation and
reservation within ten weeks from today . The statements made
before this court by learned Advocate General is accepted as an
undertaking to this court. Needless to state that after completing the
process, the State Government to appraise the petitioner State
Election Commission and in turn the State Election Commission shall
take further steps".
