Management Final Report

Select one MNC of your choice from any appealing industry (For example: Fast moving consumer goods)

And write a detailed formal report about the

company's management system including POLCA

Management levels,

Leadership styles,

Organizational structure,

Organizational culture, motivational strategies,

And human resource management.

Report writing requirements:

The report should be in the font Times New Roman,

Text font size 12 points,

Single line spaced,

Headings font size 14 points,

Word limit range: 5000 - 6000 words

The report will be standard left aligned.

Except for the executive summary which be justified aligned.

Plagrisim count: till 15% or less

Report sequence:
-a title page, which will include the title of the report, the name of the company, the name of the
writers, and the date of the report;

-a cover letter, which will provide an overview of why the report was prepared, a summary of what's in
it, and what next steps should be taken

-a table of contents

-a list of illustrations such as charts, graphs, maps used in the report.

-executive summary, which provides an easy-to-read summary of the key points of the report. Justified
aligned, must be included in one page not more than that. It will be the gist of your whole report.

-Text (contains the main discussion about the required topics (company's management system including

References should be written in APA style (The APA referencing style is an "author-date" style, so the
