Our Universe might end at anytime and anywhere.

(Vacuum Decay)
Our universe might have an Unstable Field called a False Vacuum that could cause catastrophic
damage to everything. This event may cause the laws of physics to change which may lead to the
remodeling of every single theory, principle, law, and mechanic of every branch of science
known to man. This event is called a Vacuum Decay, an event that is caused by an unstable
Quantum Field shifting to its stable state caused by either quantum tunneling or a large enough
discharge of energy that shifts the energy level of a Quantum Field.

What is a Quantum Field?

Quantum Fields are the domain or the field in which particles and waves can exist and interact
with one another, and these fields give particles and waves their properties. Gravitational forces,
electromagnetic forces, a mass of a particle, the interaction of atoms, the speed of light, etc., are
the constants of the universe, they are like sandboxes and the particles are the people playing in
the sandbox.

Quantum Fields have their particles and metrics of measurement; For example, The speed of
light is 299,792,458 meters per second and no other object or particle with mass will go past this
speed. There is a set speed in our universe in which particles with mass can’t go faster than it,
this is a rule in the universe. Inertia, thermodynamics, laws of motion, a mass of a particle, etc.
are also rules in this universe that cannot be altered in any way, or maybe they can.

Energy Levels
Quantum Fields have Energy Levels that make the particles that are bound to them have an
interval of energy. Quantum Fields that have no disturbances usually have an Energy Level of 0
which is normal. This means that a Quantum Field that reacted to it, such as an atomic reaction,
emits energy or radiation which excites the Electromagnetic Field, thus giving it positive and
negative values of Energy Levels, but once the reaction stops and the field receives no
disturbances, it will return to its stable state, like a spring when you pull it, it shakes and vibrates
for a bit, then it becomes stable and still.

Higgs Field and its Energy Level

The Higgs boson was proposed in 1964 by Peter Higgs, François Englert, and four other theorists
to explain why certain particles have mass. On July 4, 2012, the Higgs Field was discovered. The
Higgs Field is a Quantum Field that gives every particle its mass and interacts with the Chirality
of electrons.

This Higgs Field doesn’t reside in an Energy Level of 0 but in a real positive value. This is why
electrons have mass, which they shouldn’t have in the first place, but they do, given by the Higgs
Field.
Vacuum Decay of the Higgs Field
In recent research, the Higgs Field is at a metastable point, which means that it is not at its most
stable state. This may cause some issues since everything in our universe wants to be stable, and
this Field that gives every particle mass not being stable may cause serious effects in the
universe.

If the Higgs Field were to transition from metastable to stable, it could bring the whole universe
with it and give new physics to different particles because of the different properties the Higgs
Field has. Since the new field is more stable than the metastable universe around it, it will
consume the metastable surroundings of it and will convert them into a more stable version of it.
Just like a set of dominoes, if you knock one down, the rest of the unstable, standing dominoes
follow.
