I am somewhat well-informed about public affairs. Nowadays, keeping in touch with the latest
updates and events is quite convenient. With just one click, you can access the news on a local
and national level. TV, newspapers, webpages, and social media platforms are my primary
sources of information. These mediums of mass media are the most common sources of
information that are being used to keep updated with the latest news and public affairs.
According to Statista Research Department (2022), 88 percent of the respondents stated that they
use online platforms as a source of news, while 16 percent of the respondents stated that they
access news by print media. Nowadays, online platforms have become mainstream for news
gathering.

Most of the people take the news as it is. The main reason why people don't pay attention to the
news is they do not possess the sense of scepticism. The credibility, accuracy and integrity of the
news should be questionable. People are having a hard time validating the accuracy and
credibility of the news or information. It is so easy
