Devi: Good Morning Ma'am.

Interviewer: How are you doing?

Devi: I am doing great, thank you.

Interviewer: That's good to know. Shall we start the interview, are you ready?

Devi: Yes, i am.

Interviewer: Alright then first, please tell me about yourself

Devi: My name is Devitri Alocita. I was born and raised in Semarang, Central Java. And i
am a fresh graduate from State Polytechnic of Semarang looking for the next challenge
to pursue my career and developed my skill

Interviewer: Why do you want to work here?

Devi: I want to work for this company because of your commitment to diversity. As a
minority, working for a company that values all types of people and experience is
important to me. Therefore i see your company as a good place to sharpen my skills in
completing a job related to construction work in the field both individually and in groups.

Interviewer: Why should we hire you?

Devi: I have a great foundation of technical skills that i would bring to the role, along with
my drive and work ethic.

Interviewer: How do you stay organized?

Devi: Over the years I've noticed how important it is to keep track of your time at work.
When I'm working on a tight deadline, I start my day by making a list of priorities.
Although multitasking is beneficial in many ways, I've learned that when it comes to
challenging work, it is better to focus on one project at a time rather than try to do too
many things at once.

Interviewer: What are your hobbies?

Devi: To refreshing and recharging my mind, i have a small hobby of editing videos and
also listening to music or read a novel

Interviewer: Do you have any questions for me?

Devi: Can you tell me what a typical day looks like in this company?

Interviewer: The typical day would be busy as usual. Sometimes it can be overwhelming
too.

Devi: That’s good to know. I have no further question.
