About Us
The background
A secluded summer house near the forest 4000 ft above sea level, for a group of
friends was the beginning of Paithal hill resorts. Our plan grew to a Resort over
the years, we are happy that we have been an integral part of Paithalmala's
development: Roads, electricity, broadband, shops, home stays, resorts etc.

Land
Paithalhill Resorts Private Limited owns 18.5 Acres of land in Paithalmala.
11 Acres of which are having clean and clear title with full ownership in the name
of Paithal Hill Eco Tourism Pvt Ltd.
7.5 Acres is under Eruvessi village officer's proposal is pending with Land Tribunal
of Kerala for allotting pattayam.
The land is having about 650 meters of tarred road frontage. The land includes
coffee plantation, vegetable garden, jack fruit plant, mango tree and cashew
apple tree.

The Resort is fully operational, since January 2012,"The first Resort in Paithalmala",
and is rated as the best Resort in Paithalmala. It is elegantly designed without
disturbing the natural terrain and tress around. The unique advantage of this
property is certainly its ambience and dreamy landscape. Unlike other hotels
Paithalhills tried Eco friendly approach. It serves best food in Paithalmala. This
enviable reputation, therefore, brings in upper class guests without much
marketing efforts. Paithalhill resort is having registered trademark, so only we can
utilize the location name as property name.
