By signing these Special Terms,

​ I agree with the General Terms to Bolt Food's service with the Partner available here: https://food.bolt.eu/en-US/legal.
​ I confirm that I am the authorized representative of the Partner and have the authority to accept the above terms on behalf of the Partner.
​ I confirm that the Partner does not carry out business through a branch or an agency on Bolt Food Platform in any other EU Member State
other than the Member State of the Registered Address.
​ I agree that these Special Terms may be amended by the parties’ agreement in a form reproducible in writing.
​ The Special Terms of the Agreement may be amended by the parties’ agreement in a form reproducible in writing, except for the Agency
Fees which Bolt may, at its sole discretion, vary from time to time on 30 days prior written notice to the Partner. If the Partner does not want
to be bound by the revised Agency Fee, it may terminate the Agreement on 30 days written notice to Bolt and before the revised Agency Fee
comes into effect. If the Partner issues a notice of termination of the Agreement before the revised Agency Fee comes into effect, it shall not
be bound by the revised Agency Fee notwithstanding that the effective date of termination of the Agreement is after the proposed effective
date of the revised Agency Fee. In the absence of a termination notice, Partner shall be deemed to have accepted the revised Agency Fees.
