MCX Oct Gold declined lower price action and closed at 59471 on negative note
by Rs 83 from the previous day’s close. Prices opened on the negative note and
bears dominated till the end of the day’s trade. Close of the candle renders the
continuation of the prices to trade sideways and immediate support at 59030 as
well as resistance shows at 59691 Prices closed below the short term EMA (10,20)
suggesting the continuation of the prices to trade lower. The 14-period RSI is
treading at 53 levels which has the potential for the bearishness and we
recommend to wait for the confirmation.

positive note tested a high at 6784 levels and then bears dominated till the end of
the day’s trade. Close of the candle renders the continuation of the prices to
trade sideways. Prices closed above the short term EMA (10,20) suggesting the
continuation of the prices to trade higher. The 14-period RSI is treading at 62
levels which has the potential for the bullishness and we recommend to wait for
the confirmation.
