Please read the following important instructions carefully

1. NO REQUEST FOR CHANGE IN EXAMINATION CENTRE WILL BE CONSIDERED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

2. The candidate must bring print out of this E-Admit Card at the Examination Centre. No candidate will be allowed entry without this E- Admit
Card. The candidate is also required to bring one of the PHOTO IDENTIFICATION CARD in original viz. Citizenship Card or any Photo
Identity proof along with this Admit Card. The identity of the candidate will be matched from the original proof. In case your E–Admit card is
without photograph, you are advised to bring two recent passport size photographs in the examination center.

3. The candidate is required to reach/report examination center as per date & reporting time mentioned above.

4. The main gate will be closed before half an hour from the commencement of the test. No late coming is allowed.

5. Possession and use of electronic devices such as Mobile Phone, Microphone or any other Associated Accessories, Calculator, Log
Tables/Pager, Digital Diary, Digital Watch, Book / Notes etc. are strictly prohibited in the Examination Hall. If any candidate is found in
possession of any of these devices/documents, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled. As such, the candidate should not bring
Mobile Phone/Microphone and any of its accessories etc. in the Examination Centre. Examination Center/Embassy of India, Kathmandu
will not be responsible for its safe custody /loss.

6. Please retain this E–Admit Card carefully for future records as the same is required to be produced at the time/stage of admission and
checking of documents.

7. Computer Based Test/Examination shall consist of Objective Type 30 Questions relating to Biology with 4 multiple choice answers out of
which candidate has to choose one correct answer only. Each question carries one mark.

8. The Candidates appearing in the Computer Based Test/Examination should, in their own interest, check their eligibility in all respects so as
to avoid disappointment at later stage. Your candidature in whole admission process is "PURELY PROVISIONAL" subject to pending
detailed scrutiny of your fulfilling the eligibility conditions as mentioned in the advertisement for the courses you have applied for. In case, it
is found at any stage that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility criteria and any information provided by the candidate is found false or is
not in conformity with the eligibility criteria mentioned in the advertisement, candidature of such candidate is liable to be rejected at any
stage of admission process or even after admission.

9. The details printed on this E-Admit card must be checked by the candidate. In case your admit card mentions some other discipline/course
or is without photograph, then the candidate is advised to personally report, before the conduct of examination at the 'Facilitation Counter'
in the Education Wing of Embassy of India, Kathmandu (Nepal) on 26th & 27th July’2023 from 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM with 6 passport size
photographs and identity card along with documentary evidence/proof so that necessary corrections are made and attested.

10. No candidate shall be allowed to leave the Examination Hall before the completion of the Computer Based Test/Examination.
ONLINE EXAMINATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Total duration of examination is 60 minutes

2. The clock will be set at the server. The countdown timer in the top right corner of screen will display the remaining time
available for you to complete the examination. When the timer reaches zero, the examination will end by itself. You will not
be required to end or submit your examination.

3. The Question Palette displayed on the right side of screen will show the status of each question using one of the following
symbols:

The Marked for Review status for a question simply indicates that you would like to look at that question again. If a question is
answered and Marked for Review, your answer for that question will be considered in the evaluation.

Navigating to a Question :

4. To answer a question, do the following:

a. Click on the question number in the Question Palette to go to that question directly.
b. Click on Save & Next to save your answer for the current question and then go to the next question.
c. Click on Mark for Review & Next to save your answer for the current question, mark it for review, and then go to
the next question.
d. Caution: Note that your answer for the current question will be not be saved, if you navigate to another question
directly (without saving the answer) by clicking on its question number.

Answering a Question :

5. Procedure for answering a multiple choice type question:

a. To select your answer, click on the button of one of the options.


b. To deselect your chosen answer, click on the button of the chosen option again or click on the Clear Response button.
c. To change your chosen answer, click on the button of another option
d. To save your answer, you MUST click on the Save & Next button.
e. To mark the question for review, click on the Mark for Review & Next button. If an answer is selected for a question that
is Marked for Review, that answer will be considered in the evaluation.
