Name: Bourbon chicken Date:

Other Ingredients: 2 tbsp of corn starch, 2 tbsp of water


Cooking Instructions: Thaw for about 24 hours or in a bowl of cold water for a
couple of hours. (More on this in the fixing the meals section!)

Dump in pot (do not add cornstarch or water) and cook on high
pressure/manual for 3 minutes. Do a 5 minute natural release.

Open the lid and if you want to thicken the sauce turn on the saute option.

Mix the corn starch and water together thoroughly in a small bowl. Then pour
into Instant Pot.

Mix into the chicken and sauce and let cook until the sauce thickens (usually 2-3
minutes).

Name: Honey Chicken + Veggies Date:

Other Ingredients: 1/2 cup chicken broth


Cooking Instructions: Thaw, then dump in instant pot and make
sure the chicken is flat on the bottom of the pot.

Cook on manual/pressure cook for 10 minutes and do a 10 minute


natural release then quick release.

OPTIONAL: After the natural release you can add this to a pan and
broil for 3-4 minutes in your oven or use the Instant Pot Air Fryer lid
to broil in the Instant Pot! ( I've made this without broiling and it's
still been excellent!)
Name: Lazy Lasagna Date:

Other Ingredients: 4 cups beef broth


Cooking Instructions: After thawing, dump the bag
with the meat and sauce into the Instant Pot first,
then the bag with the noodles, and finally the broth.
Do not mix!

Cook on manual/pressure cook for 3 minutes and do


a 5-minute natural release then a quick release.

Let each person add the amount of cheese desired


to their bowl and enjoy!
