TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY :-

1) Delivery - 7-8 weeks from the date of receipt of approved drawings.

2) GST - 18 % or as applicable at the time of delivery.
3) Insurance - To be arranged by buyer.
4) Transportation - Extra at actual.
5) Payment Terms - 50% advance a/w order. 50% against proforma invoice after inspection prior to
dispatch.
6) Guarantee - All our equipments are guaranteed against defective manufacturing for a period of 18
months from the date of erection or 24 months from the date of supply, whichever is
earlier.
7) Validity - This offer is valid for 30 days only.
