STEP & DSA Prakasam.
5. Legal opinion of the Government Pleader Ongole in respect of
leasing out the shops constructed in Dr. P. Anand DSA mini stadium,
Ongole dt. 28-07-2022.
6. Note orders of the District Collector & Magistrate & Chairman,
DSA Prakasam, Approval of the proposal of handed over the shops.
Kind attention is invited to the subject and references cited. It is
submitted that the Executive Engineer, APMSIDC, Rims Division, Ongole has
handed over the shopping complex, consisting of two floors i.e., 06 rooms (4.00X
6.00m) in the ground floor and 02 show rooms (12.46 X 6.60m) in the 1 st floor,
which are constructed at Dr. P. Anand DSA Mini Stadium, Ongole and it was
already inaugurated by the Hon'ble Sports Minister on 04-11-2020.
It is further submitted that, after conducting Tender - cum auction by a
committee consisting with 05 officers, the then Joint Collector (V.WS & D) &
Chairman, DSA, Ongole has finalised the highest coded Tenders.
