It is your responsibility to ensure that your admission condition(s) are met on time and that the required documentation is

be revoked if you do not meet your admission condition(s) and/or if the required documentation is not received as specified.

This Offer is valid only for the Term of Admission specified above and may not be deferred to another term. Toronto Metropolitan
University reserves the right to withdraw this Offer of Admission (may include residence, scholarships and/or bursaries) if you do
not accept your Offer of Admission by the deadline date above, do not pay your tuition deposit and satisfy any/all admission
conditions (if applicable) as required, or do not enrol and attend class as required. TMU also reserves the right to amend this
Offer of Admission in the case of an administrative error and/or if new information is presented. When you accept this Offer, you
accept TMU's academic, financial, and other policies and procedures as stated in the Undergraduate Calendar.
