1. Part 1: Do interview using the questionnaire + give them the “type of learner” quiz
(that we did with Mike) – 250 words
2. Part 2: Choose either reading/listening AND writing/speaking and speak about the
student’s weaknesses and strengths but don’t mention grammar or vocabulary. –
150 words
3. Part 3: 1 example of successful vocabulary used by student + 1 example of successful
grammar used by student + 1 example of successful pronunciation used by student +
2 lexical items which he/she has consistent problems with (e.g. incorrect use of
collocations.) + 1 grammar problem and 1 phonological problem (pronunciation)
analysed as in the table provided – 300 words
4. Part 4: Solution for grammar problem and solution for phonological problem (1
solution MUST be from a supplementary material – as in from the student
coursebook given or another coursebook found) – 300 words
