There are no two opinions that the country should start moving in this
direction soon. But in order to achieve the objectives of the project including a
reduction in fossil fuel imports and energy prices for residential and industrial
consumers the authorities will also have to design and implement a shortto
medium-term plan. That plan should focus on addressing the problem of the
massive wastage of electricity, due to a defective transmission and distribution
system, to bring down power tariffs and encourage people to shift to
electricity. The aggressive adoption of solar and wind energy will also bring
down overall consumer costs. Besides, Pakistan needs to take steps to
encourage rooftop solar and maximise the use of sunlight if the idea is to make
energy affordable and reduce the population`s dependence on fossil fuels to
cut greenhouse gas emissions

Innovative Agriculture waste management

Pak produces approximate 50000 of agriculture waste which negatively impact environment and people.

Agriculture waste causes of Air pollution which reduce the agriculture production which will lead to food
scarcity and also causes of Water pollution which will contaminate water resources. It negatively impact
water irrigation and impact agriculture production .As Pakistan’s Energy resources dependent on non-
renewable resources which are costly and lead to high production cost. Government with private sectors
and other stake holders must devise plans to reduce dependency on fossil fuel and proper management
of agriculture waste can be used to produce energy which can be a source of renewable energy. This will
help in the reduction of environmental pollution. We can establish pellet production plant by using
agriculture waste as a fuel. It will create jobs for people. The success of such projects depend upon the
collaboration and communication among stakeholders
