THE MYTH DEBUNKED

Most people believe that being


attractive is simply down to
genetics, but that is simply not
true. In fact, most unattractive
people that you see on the
everyday basis were not born that
way they developed that way.

My goal is to ascend as many willing


people to the elite status of their lives
that I can. There are basic, but
essential things that you should be
doing if you want to improve your
sexual attraction. I have put all the
foundational, essential things that you
need in order to improve yourself in
this guide. These key habits will help
you improve all the key components in
both your face and body making you
overall more sexually attractive.
FACE
There are six components that
make a man’s face sexually
attractive
1. SKIN

There are three essential things that go


into having clear, youthful, and supple
skin. These three things are hydration,
nutrition, and exercise.
Hydration is absolutely essential if you
want to improve the quality and
appearance of your skin. Because
having hydrated skin means that your
skin will naturally tighten which will
prevent sagging. Also, water helps flush
out toxins which can cause unwanted
acne and inflammation of the skin.

Keeping yourself hydrated will aid in the


elasticy of your skin preventing
unwanted wrinkles and giving it a
natural glow.
Nutrition provides your skin with the
building blocks it needs in order to be
youthful and healthy. Because a nutrient
dense diet gives your body the essential
vitamins and minerals your skin needs.

Without these essential nutrients your


skin will appear dull and unhealthy in
appearance.
Exercise is not only benefitial for
fitness, but your skin health as well.
Because when you sweat with the help
of proper hydration your body will
naturally get rid of unhealthy toxins.
Giving your skin a clearer and healthier
appearance.
2. LEANNESS

Having a lean face is essential for facial


aesthetics. Ideally you should aim for 10-
12% body fat. There are two ways that a
lean aesthetic face can be achieved and
that’s through intermittent fasting and
facial exercises.
3.BONE MASS

Bone mass is absolutely essential for


healthy bone formation and growth.
Having healthy bone mass in the face
gives the sexual dimorphism it needs for
sexual attractiveness. The traits that are
formed by healthy bone mass are the
browridge, the cheekbones, the
mandible, and overall skull
development.
There are two sex hormones that need
to be properly functioning in the body in
order to achieve healthy bone mass.
Which is testosterone and growth
hormone. These sex hormones are
optimized by getting nutrients from
vitamins and minerals. Which comes
from having a healthy nutrient dense
diet.
4. FORWARD GROWTH

A forward grown face is a necessity for


an aesthetic and healthy face. Because it
provides a way for the bones of the face
to function properly. A forward grown
face is the result of a correctly grown
maxilla. The main way this can be
achieved is through Mewing. The

5. HAIR

Not having a healthy head of hair can


diminish your facial aesthetics. Because
having healthy thick hair helps with the
overall harmony of the face and skull.

To make sure that your hair is as healthy


as possible you should only be using
natural products in your hair, avoiding
heat, and also doing daily scalp
massages.
6. HARMONY

Harmony is the balance of symmetry and


proportions of the face. Combining

1. HEIGHT

Height is one of the main sexual


dimorphic traits of the male body that is
found to be physically attractive. There
are three methods in which your height

2. SKIN

important for facial attractiveness, but
body attractiveness as well. Using

achieving a healthy even skin tone for

3. LEANNESS

Being overweight can ruin your body


aesthetics. That is why is important for a
man to have a healthy BMI. This can be
achieved through intermittent fasting
and exercise.
4. FRAME

A broad frame is a very dimorphic and


attractive trait of the male body. Doing
resistance training that targets, the
shoulders, back, chest, and neck are
great for achieving this.
5. MUSCULATURE/ HARMONY

An attractive male body is proportional.


So it is essential to not only train the
upper body, but the lower body as well.
You want to train to give yourself a v-
taper with well developed legs.
6. PENIS/TESTICLES

Having a healthy well formed penis and


testicles is very important for a man. As
these two things provide the sexual
function for a man to procreate. An
effective exercise that can be used to
achieve this is kegels.
