In the said Rules and Orders, in volume-IV, in Chapter
12. in Part B, in paragraph 5, in clause (iii), for the word “ten”
the word “twenty” shell be substituted.

PART A—Supruy or Forms
1, ‘The forms proserihed ior the use of Courts are printed tntuste
by the form work contractors to the Punjab Government
- and despatched direct to indenting officers. All indents
= Gor gach forms should’ be addressed to the Superintendent,
Government Erinting, Punjab, who haa been appointed the
Goediun of comnimniealion between tne indenting officers
and the printers.

It will be observed that only: such forms as are in most
general uso and axe marked ‘Stocked’! will be supplied—
in print : the others mist be prepared in manuscript whenever
required. Books containing complete sets of Civil and
‘iminal forms are supplied to ench Court, and should be
kept carefully up to date.
7. Forms of establishment and contingent bills will be
supplied by the Accountant-General.
8, All civil forms will be stocked by the Civil Nazir
whose duty. it will be to supply them . to Subordinate
Jndges and Extre Assistant Commissioners when required.
9. Instructions for the submission of indents for uni-
versal forms and envelopes are contained in Chapter 8 of the
Punjab Printing and Stationery Maauel.and should be care-
fully followed by officers entitled to indent direct for such.
(Appendix D to the Manual).
_ Pernacular Forms for Judicial Purposes.
40. Yernacular forms used by subordinate Courts
are obiained locally by District Courts. Vernacular forme
are to be printed on paper ot. the size of official, petition
paper, or & quarter of a chee of tho standard jail paper;

quality paper as supplied be the Jail Department.
U1. Care should be taken to‘ adhere strictly to the
wording of judicial forms presoribed by Inw or by the orders
of the High Court. .
12, Officers who used to obtain their vernacular forms
from the Central Jail, Lahore, will in fubure submit their
indents yearly to the Superintendent, Government Printing,
Punjah, Lahore, by the 15th April of each year at latest,
fo ws to enable that officer to comply with all indents in
proper time. In prepating the indant care should be taken
