Product Description
This product shall be prepared from wholesome, matured strawberries that have been stemmed,
washed, inspected, purced and blended in a 4-+1 ratio with dry sugar then thermally processed and
packaged. The color should be red with flavor typical of strawberry. This product must comply
all applicable federal, state and local regulations.

‘Transportation
Products must be shipped on a GMA New Pallet (Hardwood) 40 x 48, 4-way entry, with a pallet
cap. A pallet cap is a cardboard or plastic cover over the raw material or ingredient that is
‘maintained inside the shrink wrap covering the outside of the pallet. The pallet must be securely
stretch wrapped and transported under Sanitary conditions to ensure itis not dirty andor adulterated
‘upon receipt. Trailers must be dedicated for food products and packaging and may not be used for
any item that may leave behind a strong and/or damaging odor. Vehicles must be washed and
sanitized in an approved manner. Food ingredients cannot be shipped in mixed loads or with other
non-food materials, Trailers must have all doors and openings sealed during transport. Upon
receipt seal shall be broken with the seal numbers recorded on the appropriate Load documentation.
The transport of food products and food packaging must comply with all applicable federal, state
and local regulations
