Pakistan, do hereby solemnly declare as under:

I. That I am actual father of Muhammad Bilal, an Economics and Entrepreneurship

student at University of Cassino and Southern Lazio of Italy
II. That in 2022, I am keeping a family of four individuals, including myself, as stated below.

III. That I do not hail from a wealthy family, and that my total family annual income for the
last fiscal year 2021 ( 30-06-2021 to 01-07-2020) was around RS. 250,000.00 (about
803/- Euro per year) which was barely enough to cover the unkeep of the above
mentioned family members as well as the educational expenditures of pupils.
IV. That I do not possess any immovable property or bank savings in my personal name as a
source of supplementary income in 2021.
V. That I am a registered tax payer by Federal Board of Revenue, Pakistan with
Registration no:
VI. The undersigned would be exceedingly grateful if my son, Muhammad Bilal, could be
awarded a sufficient number of scholarship benefits as well as exemption from
university tuition/union fee, so that he can continue his studies without fear of financial
hardship
VII. I further affirm that everything said ere is accurate and nothing has been concealed
