Found a crack in the brake disc and there is an oil leak In

the center left side final drive.

After disassembling the brake

Brake Assembly Bearing Broken assembly, it was found that the
brake disc was broken and there
were many iron flake.

The results of the analysis of the cause of damage to the brake assembly are the
impact of hard material on the disc brake which causes the disc brake to crack and is
left or not identified and the unit continues to operate until the crack widens and
causes an imbalance in the rotation of the brake assembly on the wheels so that the
bearings eroded.

material keras pada disc brake yang menyebabkan disc brake retak, kejadian tesebut
dibiarkan/tidak teridentifikasi dan unit terus beroperasi hingga retakan melebar yang
menyebabkan ketidak seimbangan putaran brake assembly pada roda sehingga
bearing terkikis.
