KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Deed of Donation, made and executed in Luy-a National High School, Luy-a, Aroroy,
Masbate, Philippines on the mentioned herein below by:

Luy-a Alumni Association, hereinafter called the DONOR:

Luy-a National High School, Aroroy, Masbate, represented by Mrs. Ester R. Santillan, Principal I
of the said school hereafter referred to as DONEE:

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the DONOR of 5O SETS OF SCHOOL SUPPLIES (8 pcs. notebook, 2 pads of

paper, and 3 ballpens per set) worth of seven thousand seven-hundred pesos (P 7, 700.00) to be used by
Luy-a National High School.

WHEREAS, as agreement has been made by these parties hereunder the term of which the DONOR
agreed to donate to the DONEE to be used by Luy-a National High School.

NOWTHEREFORE, the parties hereto set their hands this 5th day of October 2020 at Luy-a
National High School, Aroroy, Masbate.

Brigada Eskwela Program with the donation package composed of the following :
