The Importance of Sleep for Healthiness

Good sleep at night can increase the quality of an individual’s life. However, many people do not
realize it and tend to develop a bad habit by stay awake at night. In this era of advanced technology,
there were many disturbances for having a quality night sleep such as using mobile phones for binge-
watching movies and scrolling through social media. Thus, it is quite important to understand and
acknowledge how important getting enough sleep for our healthiness and avoiding these kinds of a bad
habits.

Adults need at least 8 hours of sleep every night and some research has proofed that having enough
sleep provides health benefits and not merely for physical health, but also mental health. For physical
health, having enough sleep able to boost the immune system, improve the ability to think, prevent
obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and so forth. Furthermore, having enough sleep has been proven to
prevent a human being from a mental health problem such as depression and anxiety.

Hence, sleep is a vital way to control our physical and mental health and as an adult, it is better to
fulfill our daily need of sleeping. Set your schedule to sleep on time and abstain from phone or other
distractions that may decrease the quality of sleep. Once we develop a good habit of sleeping, thus we
can carry out life well and be more relax to enjoy the days ahead.
Pursuing a Dream

The concept of pursuing a dream has been introduced since the childhood stage. This becomes one of
the essential things because pursuing a dream can be a light to keep an individual moving forward in life.
However, achieving a dream needs some steps which are not easy to take. Therefore, you need
continuously fulfilling the fuels to bring the dream into reality.

The first step to take is having a strong determination to take action in achieving the dream. Having
strong determination able to help in steadying the next steps you will take. Afterward, you also need
motivation either comes from friends, parents, or anyone else. It is possible to some people giving up on
their dream just because lack the motivation they got from themselves and their surroundings.

As an important thing, you also need to set your own goals to achieve the dream. For instance, if you
want to be a doctor, then it means you have to conduct and performing a study in the health
department. In addition, it is better if you can set daily goals such as reading health references or
watching education videos on the health problem to increase your knowledge in that field.

However, amidst the struggle to achieve a dream, you should consider rewarding yourself once you
have to conquer little steps towards your dreams. Surely, it will help you to boost your spirit and to
renew your motivation as well.In a nutshell, having a dream is something blissful to help you find a
reason to stick around in this world. However, pursuing a dream is not easier as people would imagine.
You may face failure later on, but as long as you have strong determination, enough motivation, and
keep rewarding yourself for every little step you make, you will going through it and succeed to pursue
your dream.
