First what is a moral standard? I think it's a type of actions which we believe to be morally acceptable
and morally unacceptable. We have two types of moral standard which are moral standard and non-
moral standard.

Moral standard it force others to act accordingly it also affect other people their values and principles
were what we called norms and values. Norms a kind of actions that we believed right or wrong while
values is what we believed to be morally good or morally bad. It normally the good that is, some of the
example of it is speaking the truth, be careful with what you say and do to others, respect the property
of others, treat people in need or distress as we would to be treated if our situation were reversed and
last but not the least always keep your promises I know theirs a saying that promise meant to be broken
but that's the reason why you must keep it.

Non-moral standard we don't have a right to impose on others life or decisions, it's their life so let them
be. It matters of taste or preferency of the person. Rules that affect the choice of a person but not linked
to moral or ethical considerations. Their always have a set of rules on how an individual should
responsibly behave in a society. Some of this are standards of etiquette by which we judge manners as
good or bad, standards we call the law by which we judge something as legal or illegal and standards of
aesthetics by which we judge art as good or rubbish. Also the rule that says no one should be allowed to
have body piercing and tattoos is non-moral because having tattoos and piercings doesn't mean that a
person wearing it is immoral or a criminal.
