rate means lower amount of interest to pay. Besides, Public Bank provides a lock-in period
for 3 years in case we decided to refinance or sell our property. We need to pay the 2% early
fee only.

In addition, this housing loan serves several benefits for us as the borrowers. For
example, the duration of loan or the tenure can be extended up to 35 years or until the
borrowers’ age reach up to 70 years. What a bargain! If we wanted to extend the tenure
period, we can seek advices or consultation from one of the financing advisor. The most
important part that need to be highlighted is that we just need to pay around RM 1480 as the
monthly fee. This minimum cost will not be a burden for us to pay every month. Last but not
least, by applying this housing loan we can afford to buy a promising property for the future.
