Ingredients
1 chicken breast
500 g of tagliatelle
1 MAGGI Chicken Flavor cube
1 Red Onion
2 Tomatoes
2 Units of Yellow Chili
2 Stems of Chinese Onion
1 tablespoon of Sillao
1 tablespoon of white vinegar
1 Branch of Culantro (Leaved
Culantro)

Preparation
First, cut the chicken into long strips . Then cut the red
onion into feathers, the tomato into wedges, the
chinese onion into sticks and the yellow chili peppers
into strips.
Next ,boil the noodles by adding them to a large por of
boiling water for 10 minutes .
And then stir it from time to time to prevent sticking.
Drain and set aside.
Finally heat oil in a Skillet over hight heat .Sauté the
chicken for 4 minutes,add the red onion and Sauté for 1
minutes more .Add the chopped coriander leaves,the
cooked pasta,the vinegar,the soda,a MAGGI CHICKEN
FLAVOR cube and mix .And add the yellow
pepper,tomato and chinese onion.
