ARRIVAL OIL TOOLS’ TYPHOON BI-DIRECTIONAL REAMER

Oil and gas companies around the world are continuously searching for ways to drill high quality problem free wells, while
also striving to reduce the overall cost. Arrival’s Typhoon Bi-Directional Reamer has enabled operators to reduce well times by
anywhere from 1 to 4 days by introducing reaming while drilling technology. Numerous customers have completed detailed
benefits analysis and all have recognized the significant total well cost savings this technology delivers.

In the past, operators have spent days circulating and pounding their casing to bottom. Since we introduced the Typhoon
Reamer technology, we have never heard of our customers being stuck in hole (due to the Typhoon) or failing to get their
completions string straight to bottom. In addition, casing running times are dramatically reduced and the risk of not getting
casing to bottom, which potentially can result in a catastrophic failure, have been eliminated.

The Typhoon Reamer was built and introduced in Canada in the spring of 2014 and has since become an integral part of
many BHA’s for Canadian and International oil and gas producers. The demand for the Typhoon Reamer is increasing at a
substantial rate as other producers are convinced that the results mentioned above have been confirmed by our customers.

The Typhoon Reamer has completed more than 700 wells and close to a million meters have been drilled while reaming in
Canada and Internationally. It has also dramatically reduced overall well times and eliminated dedicated reamer runs prior to
running completion strings, as well as enabling our customers to increase tripping speeds.

The Typhoon Reamer diminishes high frequency borehole spiralling, sections of parallel misalignment, reduces the severity of
doglegs and eliminates key seats and ledges, leaving a gun barrel like well bore, thus enabling more consistent packer
sets.These advantages are obtained by the specific design of the Typhoon which mirrors the length and is significantly stiffer
than the packers and sliding sleeve that are used in each stage. The total length of the Typhoon, along with the blade
placement eliminates the left and right whirl which is transmitted downhole by the drill string. The Typhoon creates concentric
motion which enables the BHA to be far more predictable from an inclination building or dropping perspective. Also the BHA
becomes more predictable and controllable with the use of weight and rpm. The stabilization length forces the BHA to run
more concentric than other reamers.

The patented Typhoon Reamer has a flow accelerator embedded within its design, along with an impeller to agitate the
cuttings lying on the low side of the borehole and therefore lifting those cuttings to the high side of the bore hole and placing
them into circulation of the drilling fluids, therefore substantially reducing the risk of becoming packed off in hole.
In order to perform and withstand the different and sometimes extremely harsh drilling conditions found worldwide, we
have high quality PDC cutters brazed into cutter blocks. With an individual cutter block in each of the three up hole and three
down hole blades, this 360° coverage ensures our customers the gun barrel like well bore. Our customers are also at ease
knowing that the Typhoon Reamer has no bearings or moving parts, meaning less risk of down hole failure.

Many of the latest performance analysis, clearly shows that the Typhoon Reamer is not adding additional drag during drilling
and the torque, is less compared to our competitors even when higher torque readings were expected. The resulting overall
quality of the well bore while running the Typhoon, shows the friction factor is always less than in wells that other reamers
or no reamers at all were utilized while drilling. This provides the proof on how the Typhoon speeds up trip times, provides a
smooth well and enables the completions string to go to bottom without issue.
