An Inside-Range Bar forms when the “open and close” of a period
is within the range of the previous period.
How to identify an Inside Bar?
 Identify an Inside Bar based on it’s period:



These “periods” are based on in uential candle closes.

Each “close” will give you insight into the “volatility” for the next upcoming candlesticks.

1. Find opportunity in other trading pairs during Lethargic Conditions
• i.e - When Dollar based assets are stuck in a range, cross-currencies are expanding.

2. Switch to an “Bread & Butter” Trading approach
• Within a Low Volatility market, if ends still need to be met… focus on trades that pay 10
to 20 pips or 5 to 10 Handles.

Become “nimbler” within Lethargic Conditions otherwise…

• You will see trades that you could of pro ted 10-20 pips to make “end’s meet” completely reverse on you.

• Not only will you loose the chance to make “end’s meet” within a Lethargic Condition, you will also face Reversal or a stop out.
