Employment Offer:
We are pleased to offer you to join as ( Supervisor ) for Coffeeholic Cafe reporting to the
Owner, based on the following terms and conditions:

1. Position:
This is a Permanent position, and as discussed and agreed with you, your start date in the
position will be to be confirm.

 manage the food and beverage provision for functions and events
 supervise catering and waiting staff at functions
 plan menus in consultation with chefs
 recruit and train permanent and casual staff
 organise, lead and motivate the catering team
 plan staff shifts
 ensure health and safety regulations are strictly observed
 budget and establish financial targets and forecasts
 monitor the quality of the product and service provided
 keep financial and administrative records
 manage the payroll and monitor spending levels
 maintain stock levels and order new supplies as required
 interact with customers if involved with front of housework
 liaise with suppliers and clients
 negotiate contracts with customers, assess their requirements and ensure they're satisfied
with the service delivered (in contract catering)
 ensure compliance with all fire, licensing and employment regulations
 maximise sales and meet profit and financial expectations.
 oversee the management of facilities, such as checking event bookings and allocation of
resources and staff
 plan new promotions and initiatives, and contribute to business development
 deal with staffing and client issues
 keep abreast of trends and developments in the industry, such as menus or trends in
consumer tastes.

2. Remuneration :
Your basic salary will be ( 3000 ) QR. Your salary is payable once a month at the end of the
month.

The total salary will be (4,000) QR.

Your working hours are based on the normal operating hours of the Company, and accordance
with Qatari Labor law which is nine hours per day including one-hour break.

3. Benefits and Allowances:


As an employee, you will be eligible to the Following:

 House allowance – Provided


 Food Allowance – Not Included
 Transportation allowance – Provided
 A Government health insurance as per company procedures.
 A Ticket Provided every two (2) years by the company.
 Leave: (1 Month) yearly.

4. Assessment Period:
The first three Months of your appointment to this position is a probationary period. We will
review your progress in the position on a regular basis and provide you with regular feedback.
We will be in a position to confirm continued employment upon successful completion of the
probationary period.

5. Effective Date:
The terms of this offer shall come into effect on your first day of employment .

6. Other Terms and Conditions:


• Governing law: This offer is subject to the Qatari labor law
