The above price is valid for 30 days. Kingdom Design+Build agrees that they will enter into a standard
PDCA subcontract with General Contractor, and that basic provisions such as insurance W-9 shall be in
place prior to start.

INCLUDES: Sales TAX, Labor, Accent colors, Preparations, All work per PDCA Standards, Sherwin Williams Paints
(2 Coats), Cosmetic caulking (paint to paint surfaces only). Prime and paint/repaint new & existing Columns and
Wall, Patch & Repair EIFS @ exterior per marked-up photos/plans

EXCLUDES: Bondo of HM door frames, Fire caulking , Pre-finished doors

Pre-finished door frames, Pre-finished metals (assumes not to be field finish, unless
stated in the Inclusions), Pre-finished millwork/cabinets, Signage (furnish & install), Seal concrete floor
