in Volleyball tryout on July 3, 5 and 7 2023 at San Miguel Academy covered court from 7am to 3pm.
I have considered the benefits that my son or daughter will derive from his/her participation in the said
tryout provided that due care and precaution will be observed to ensure the comfort and safety of my
son/daughter and that SMA Teachers, Admin, and personnel may not be held responsible for any untoward
incident that may happen.
