III. Objectives: To be able to conduct City Motorela Franchising and Regulatory Board
(CMFRB) members regular, special, emergency meetings, GMRC Seminar,
activities and to accommodate visitors

IV. Date and Venue: Sangguniang Panlungsod Conference Room, City Covered Court,
any available venue as requested and other preferred venues on April – June
2023

V. Participants: City Motorela Franchising Regulatory Board Members and Guests or

Visitors

VI. Program Flow/Schedule of Activities: Regular, Special, Emergency Meetings,

GMRC Seminar, events and activities

VII. Budgetary Requirement: 5-02-99-030

Recommendation: Based on the above-cited activity design, the undersigned

would like to recommend the approval and release of the amount 64,200.00 for
the 2ND QUARTER, 2023.
