Undertaking

I, KRISTOFFER REY D. TALA, (Roll Number 84020) hereby declare that I

was just admitted to the bar on May 7, 2022 and I have read and understood
the petition for appointment for notary public and all its necessary
attachments.
Nonetheless, the compliance for the requirement of the Certificate of No
Pending case from the Office of the Bar Confidant is not yet possible as the
certification from said office is not yet available.
I have requested the document personally at the Supreme Court of the
Philippines, Ermita, Manila. However, I was informed that the Certificate will
have to be sent through their accredited courier. Up to date, the requested
document has not reached me yet.
I undertake to provide said certificate within five (5) days from receipt
thereof.
