Learning  To make students critically and analytically understand concepts like


Objectives business sustainability, environmental crisis and response of different
stakeholders to such problems. (PLO 4a)
 To understand the basic concept of ethics as an individual, ethics of a
business entity and ethics of society as whole. (PLO4b)
 To make students understand and be sensitive to the global challenges
of Climate Change and explore the business opportunities to mitigate
climate Change issues.(PLO4)
 To make students analyze the areas, dynamics & relevance within
which social enterprise(s) operates and its overall positive impact
especially for Third World Nations like India.(PLO 4c)
 Help them understand and apply the concepts and develop skills
within Behavioral science to bring about environmental friendly
behavior for multiple stakeholders. (PLO 2a)
 Creating Social sensitivity and understanding CSR, Ethical and
Sustainable business practices.(PLO 4a)
Learning  This course will equip student with right tools to identify the ethical

 This course will make students aware of psychological biases that
prevent ethical conduct in business and various situations.(CLO2)
 This course gives an opportunity to learn about global trends that
influence our environment and the living conditions and how
different management systems and approaches that are used around
the world to manage the environment.(CLO3)
 It explores the idea of how to become a stakeholder entrepreneur and create
a business that grows sustainably & exponentially and also makes the
world a better place to live.(CLO4)
 Students should be able to demonstrate ability to evolve

Course The course intends to provide orientation to students on Ethics and ethical
Description aspects in business, which each one needs to be aware of. The course will provide
exposure to students on the ethical dilemmas which occur in professional,
business and personal life. It would also show how to deal effectively with such
situations. The Course intends to provide knowledge to students on the
solutions which are available to management professionals, in terms of
companies & individuals being sensitive to the environmental and social
problems. At the same time, it also seeks to make them sensitive to such
problems and seek proactively for solutions to the environmental problems
without losing focus on doing business.
