COMMITTEE TASKS

FOR ALL COMMITTEES


● Submit list of site heads/other committee members by 15 July
● Submit list of materials needed by the committee by 15 July
● Coordinate with other committees for pertinent and necessary matters
● Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the Director

OVERSIGHT Juan Carlos R. Madrid


● Prepare and distribute letters to Formation Sites, Host Parishes, LGU, and others
● Prepare letters needed by Committees
● Facilitate the printing of t-shirts and other paraphernalia
● Coordinate with all committees to ensure timeliness of work done
● Provide clarification on matters regarding the Congress
● Facilitate effective coordination between and across formation sites on the day of the Congress itself.

SECRETARIAT Maricar Cortez


● Process the pre-registration of parishes and schools to the Congress
● Create a master list of participants for each venue
● Assist in the preparation of kits for distribution to the participants
● Facilitate the validation of registrations on the day of the Congress
● Facilitate the post-Congress evaluation

FINANCE John Roy de los Reyes


● Monitor cash inflows from payments of solidarity fees
● Review and approve budget requests and secure proper liquidations
● Assist the sponsorship committee in facilitating sponsorship payments
● Prepare a financial report after the Congress

● Distribute sponsorship letters and secure sponsors
● Facilitate remittances from sponsors
● Ensure sponsorship conditions are met before, during, and after the Congress
